Latest Information: Participants Schedule

This workshop aims to bring together for a two-week meeting a number of the leading experts in Hamiltonian systems. The workshop will concentrate on analytical techniques for Hamiltonian mechanics and dynamical systems, and their applications to Hamiltonian PDEs.

The first week will focus on problems of finite dimensional Hamiltonian systems, including small divisor problems from various points of view, completely integrable systems and the problem of Arnold diffusion in nearly integrable systems.

The second week will be largely devoted to Hamiltonian PDEs, including the problem of water waves, and will include constructions of KAM tori, Nekhoroshev theory, Gibbs invariant measures and normal forms.
