Domestic & Financial Details
VenueBoth meetings will take place at Heriot-Watt University, a campus just to the west of Edinburgh (see here for more details). For more information on how to get to Edinburgh, please look at our Travel Pages.
We have reserved single study bedrooms on the campus. Some en-suite rooms may also be available at an additional cost. Participants are also welcome to make their own accommodation arrangements and ICMS staff will be happy to advise. On Friday 4th August there will be an optional Conference Dinner for which an additional charge will be made.

These awards are of the same value as those funded by the EC and will be allocated by the organisers. UK applicants need not indicate for which award they are applying
