The Workshop will be held in the James Clerk Maxwell Building (JCMB) of the University of Edinburgh. This building, which also houses the Mathematics and Statistics Department, is situated within the King's Buildings complex in the south of Edinburgh, a short bus ride from the centre of Edinburgh. Lunch, tea and coffee will be provided at the venue.
The Workshop will start on the morning on Monday September 4th and continue through to the afternoon of Thursday 14th (with a free weekend on the 9th and 10th). A draft timetable is available here. There will also be ample time and space for more informal discussion.
Bed and Breakfast has been reserved at Pollock Halls, a University of Edinburgh student residence just to the south-east of the city-centre. (See Map 1 at the Edinburgh University Travel Pages for the relative locations of the city-centre, JCMB and Pollock Halls.)
The accommodation is an easy half-hour walk or a short bus ride from JCMB. A coach will be provided each morning to take participants to JCMB.
Lunch, tea and coffee will be provided at JCMB.
Evening meals are also available at Pollock Halls, but participants are free to make their own arrangements as the meals have not been booked.
On Thursday 7th a Conference Dinner will be held in one of the buildings on the Pollock Hall site. Further details will be available at the Workshop.

No Registration Fee will be charged and the approximate cost of Bed and Breakfast in Pollock Halls and meals at JCMB is £30.
