VenueThe Workshop will take place at Heriot-Watt University, a campus just to the west of Edinburgh (see here for more details). We have reserved single study bedrooms (with private bathrooms) on the campus. Rooms will be allocated as registrations are received.

ProgrammeThe meeting will start with Registration at Heriot-Watt University during the evening of Sunday 2nd December. Talks will begin at 9.30 am on Monday 3rd December and continue to lunchtime on Saturday 8th December.
Workshop CostsThe costs will be invoiced, in pounds sterling, prior to the meeting and must be paid at the very latest by the start of the meeting. A deposit of 10% of the cost of the invoice is usually required one month before the meeting to secure accommodation. ICMS cannot accept credit cards. There is no Registration Fee as the cost of room hire etc. is included.
(a) Residential - £371.50
This covers bed and breakfast from the evening of Sunday 2 December to the morning of Saturday 8th December, and lunch, evening meal and refreshments from the Reception at Registration on the night of Sunday 2nd up to and including lunch on Saturday 8th. The Conference Dinner planned for the evening of Wednesday 5th is also included in the cost.
It may be necessary for participants to stay a Saturday night. A room on the night of Saturday 1st or Saturday 8th will cost an additional £30.75.
Note: Accommodation at Heriot-Watt cannot be guaranteed. Reserved rooms will be allocated as Registrations are received.
(b) Non-Residential - £116
To cover the costs of lunch, refreshments and room hire from Monday 2nd to Saturday 8th December.
Financial SupportThere are limited funds (worth £250 per person) to support the attendance of mathematicians or research students in UK universities. Anyone wishing to apply for such support should indicate this and complete the case for support in section 3 of the application form.
RegistrationAll Application Forms should be with ICMS by Monday 1 October.
