Venue
The meeting will take place in the James Clerk Maxwell Building (JCMB) of the University of Edinburgh. This is within the Kings Buildings Complex to the south of Edinburgh City Centre. The talks will take place in Lecture Theatre B on level 3. There are also break-out rooms and email facilities on level 5. The maps available here indicate the location of Kings Buildings and JCMB. Links to general information on travel to Edinburgh can be found on the ICMS Travel Page.

Meals and Refreshments
Lunch and refreshments will be provided at JCMB for the five full days of the meeting.

The workshop dinner will take place on Thursday 7 July at Howies, 29 Waterloo Place.  There is no cost to workshop participants for this meal.

Accommodation
Participants are free to make their own arrangements. ICMS maintains a list of accommodation here (http://www.icms.org.uk/information/localAccommodation). Hotels and guest houses in Section 4 are particularly convenient for the Kings Buildings. In July bed and breakfast will cost between £35 and £50 per night. Cheaper accommodation may be available at Pollock Halls of Residence (see Section 5) which is not very far from the venue. Please make your arrangements as soon as possible. Edinburgh is busy in the summer and the G8 at Gleneagles means that accommodation in central Edinburgh is in great demand. Please contact ICMS if you wish to ask advice.
