We have been made aware of a new scam directed at particpants attending a forthcoming ICMS workshop. For a number of years we have been aware of the accommodation scam and have asked ICMS participants to be wary of emails from people purporting to be working on our behalf.

The new scam is asking speakers to "fill in the upcoming booking form in order to guarantee your spot for the upcoming xxx workshop" It contains a link to DocuSign telling the recipient that it has been sent by the "Conference Committee"

The sender is Conference Committee via DocuSign  dse_NA4 @ docusign.net and they are using the subject line <workshop title> registration and accommodation form

This is all nonsense and designed to get you to handover your bank details.  Please ignore and delete the messages.

Please remember:

• ICMS never uses third parties to do our administration for events: messages will come directly from ICMS staff
• ICMS will never ask you for your credit card or bank details
