UK-Vietnam mathematics joint meeting

 04 - 08 Dec 2023

Level 5, ICMS, Bayes Centre, Edinburgh

The UK-Vietnam mathematics joint meeting aimed at fostering bonds and research cooperations between the UK mathematicians and Vietnamese mathematicians working either in Vietnam or abroad.

Scientific Organisers

  • John Ball, Heriot-Watt University
  • Ngô Bảo Châu, University of Chicago and VIASM
  • Phan Thi Hà Dương, Institute of Mathematics, Hanoi
  • Lê Minh Hà, VIASM

About:

It was a joint workshop organised jointly by the International Centre for Mathematical Sciences in Edinburgh and the Vietnam Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics in Hanoi.

Bringing together UK and Vietnamese mathematicians (both working in Vietnam and abroad), this meeting fostered bonds and research cooperations.
